Business-to-Business Outbound Telesales February 9, 2011 Salary (Contract Part-time Leading to Full Time) $23/hour

As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for making follow-up phone calls to set appointments for the VP of Sales. In this role you will be acting as an Administrative Assistant and are not required to conduct any direct selling. Only to define interest and from prospective customers and transition them over to the VP of Sales for direct follow-up.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
The Inside Sales Representatives will set appointments for Field Sales Representatives. In addition, the successful candidate will:
Make 200 + outbound sales calls/week while establishing and maintaining customer relations Must have recent minimum 2 years B2B outbound sales experience. Meet and exceed all call quotas and goals Maintain up-to-date records working in Salesforce.com CRM Interact with the VP of Sales to maintain constant communication on prospective customer accounts
Job Requirements:
A high school diploma required; Post-Secondary education is preferred. At least 2 years of outbound call center business to business sales experience Strong understanding of sales cycle, macro and micro business trends, and post-sales follow-up. Proficient in email, the internet and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as typing skills Experience with Customer Relationship Management software; Salesforce.com CRM preferred. Good communication (oral and written), problem solving and interpersonal skills; courteous and clear telephone voice; customer focused. Proven ability to develop and maintain working relationships with sales reps and customers Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Perform duties with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy Assertive demeanor, competitive nature and disciplined approach is a definite must.
